Frequently asked questions
Straight answers on ordering, shipping, returns and payments — and on what the Regional Distributor role actually involves.
Customer questions
What does 4Square Distribution sell?
Business and office supplies, computer and technology products, apparel and general merchandise, and pet products. We also provide practical home and small-office technology support.
Where do you ship?
Within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
How quickly do orders ship?
Qualifying in-stock orders are ordinarily released for shipment within 24 hours. Release for shipment is not the same as delivery — transit time depends on the carrier and destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and ACH bank transfer for business accounts where offered. Payment is administered centrally by 4Square Systems.
What is the return window?
Eligible products may be returned within 60 days of delivery, in returnable condition, with proof of purchase. The window runs from delivery, not from the order date.
Who pays return shipping?
4Square pays where the return results from our error — wrong item, damaged in transit, not as described, or a duplicate shipment. The customer pays for discretionary returns such as a change of mind.
Why does 4Square Systems appear on my receipt?
4Square Systems is the merchant of record for orders placed through the network, so it is the name shown on receipts and card statement entries.
Who handles a billing issue?
Centralized 4Square administration. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your card issuer — we can usually resolve it faster directly.
How do I get technical help?
Contact your Regional Distributor, who will log the request. Routine matters are handled locally; specialist matters are escalated to centralized technical resources.
Distributor questions
What does a Regional Distributor do?
Provides local commercial representation in an assigned territory: customer relationships, basic order and account assistance, first-line service intake, and routing specialised requests to centralized resources.
Do I need IT experience?
No. The standard role is first-line coordination, not technical work. No specialist IT or cybersecurity credential is required.
Do I need a warehouse?
No, not under the standard just-in-time model. Regional Distributors do not hold inventory.
Does 4Square create my LLC?
For approved applicants, 4Square covers the ordinary approved state filing cost and coordinates the setup workflow. You remain responsible for accurate information and ongoing entity obligations.
What banking do I need?
Dedicated U.S. business checking relationships as specified during onboarding. The details are confirmed as part of the onboarding process.
Can I choose my bank?
Yes, subject to the bank’s own approval and service capabilities. We provide a factual summary of your business to support the conversation, but the bank decides.
Can I do this while keeping my current job?
Yes. The standard model is designed for part-time operation with limited day-to-day involvement, making it suitable for applicants who already have a job, career or existing business.
Is this intended as supplemental income?
Yes. It is positioned as an opportunity to build additional monthly income rather than requiring you to leave existing employment.
How much can I earn?
Approximately $600–$3,000 per month may be achievable depending on territory sales, customer activity, product mix and participation. Actual results vary and are not guaranteed.
Who handles refunds and chargebacks?
4Square central administration. Regional Distributors have no authority over refunds, chargebacks or billing.
Who handles technical support?
Routine intake is handled locally by the Regional Distributor. Specialist matters are centralized and escalated.
Is there a cost to apply?
No. There is no cost to submit an application, and for approved applicants 4Square covers the ordinary state LLC filing cost.
