Accessibility Statement
What we have done to make this site usable with assistive technology, and how to tell us when we have fallen short.
1. Our commitment
We want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
2. Standard we aim for
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We do not claim formal certification against that standard, and we would rather describe our actual practice than assert a conformance we have not independently verified.
3. What we have done
- Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading hierarchy on every page.
- A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator that is never suppressed.
- Text and interface colours chosen to meet contrast requirements.
- No information conveyed by colour alone.
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; decorative images marked as such.
- Labels and instructions on all form controls.
- Layouts that reflow without loss of content when zoomed or viewed on small screens.
- Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference.
4. Known limitations
This site is new and has not yet been through a full independent accessibility audit. Where we become aware of a barrier we will describe it here and correct it.
